It's Alright "I used Bat Outta Hell on bleached blonde hair to try and blend the line between my natural dark, brown, roots with the platinum blonde. It worked well enough, but I was anticipating a more mushroom-brown when it faded, however it faded to a reddish-brown. It wasn't ugly, but not exactly the style I was going for. When mixed with Virgin Snow, it tones it down a bit and gets rid of some of the red, although mixing requires two steps. I was hoping to just use this one color and let it fade." — NOEL I. (4/5)
Blue tint "I wanted to like this, but it turned my grays and my light brown roots blue. I slapped it on over a cherry cola color and there's still some red highlights showing which is fine, but I'm incredibly disappointed by my blue roots and grays. This BROWN dye made my hair BLUE "It turned my hair blue when I followed the instructions. In order to get it to the color I wanted (the color advertised) I had to leave the dye in for twelve hours. beautiful color but drying/not mosturizing enough "Cattail and Bat outta hell are beautiful colors, but these dyes dont offer the shine or moisture other dyes do. I find it a bit drying and that they leave my hair feeling brittle and stiff afterwards. I have an allergy to "I have an allergy to PPD and all its derivatives I haven't been able to color my gray hair successfully with any other kind of dye until now. I was finally able to use Manic Panic Bat Outta Hell to get a very natural Brown/ dark Amber color on my gray hair with no negative reaction.
